The Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Perak is pleased to inform you that we will be organizing the above on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at FMM Perak as follows:-

Time: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
Human Resource Practitioners are invited to participate in this forum. This forum is an opportunity for Human Resource Practitioners to network and interact with fellow practitioners as well as share views and experiences on human resource and industrial relations issues. Members attending the forum are welcome to pre-submit issues of concern which requires FMM HR/IR Advisor advance feedback preparation (if any) by completing the reply form printed overleaf.

Programme: HR/IR Clinic
Time: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
The clinic is aimed at providing members an opportunity to meet and consult with the FMM HR & IR Advisor, Mr Heng Poh Suan on a one-to-one basis on any HR/IR issues. Mr Heng would be available to advise members on company-specific-issues relating to the following:- Compliance with employment, industrial relations and trade union legislations
- Employees’ disciplinary matters
- Contract of service and terms and condition of service
- Collective agreement and union recognition
- Labour disputes, termination and dismissal of employees, and
- Company handbooks
Members who are in urgent need to consult on HR & IR matters are encouraged to register for this clinic session. Register early to avoid disappointment as appointment slots are limited to 4 companies at a maximum of 45 minutes per company only! Registration would be on a first-come-first-serve and by appointment basis. Members are advised to come prepared with all the necessary information and documents required to make the consultation session fruitful and effective as possible. | | Registration Info: | Participation fee for both is FREE-OF-CHARGE.
